Consequently, our data collection is limited to professional communication and essential platform monitoring required for institutional-grade reliability.
We do not engage in the monetization of user data. Our business model is predicated on the performance and licensing of our analytical systems, not on the profiling of individual users for advertising purposes.

1. Data Retention Limits
As a research-centric entity, we do not archive personal data beyond its practical utility. Communication records are typically purged 24 months after the conclusion of a partnership, unless legal requirements dictate otherwise. Technical logs are cycled every 90 days.
2. Third-Party Interactions
Monsoon Quant Systems does not share, lease, or distribute our contact lists with external marketing firms. We utilize highly vetted cloud infrastructure providers for our computational needs; however, these providers act solely as processors under strict confidentiality agreements.
3. Rights of the Individual
You maintain the right to request a full disclosure of the information we hold regarding your professional identity. Requests for deletion or data portability are processed by our compliance desk located in Hanoi.
